I’ve been a fan of Colleen for years; when I saw that she was going to have a class on how to make tofu and soy milk from scratch, I was incredibly excited and signed up immediately! The instructions were easy to follow, my questions were answered during the class and it was great to be able to see both Colleen speaking and what she was preparing! My tofu came out great and I'll definitely sign up for another class :) I highly recommend Colleen's classes!
