Beautiful recipes

Colleen’s recipes are beautifully written and easy to make. Full of nutrients and protein, there are options for every meal of the day. I love the tips, suggestions and nutrition explanations that accompany each recipe. I’ve turned to this ebook again and again for inspiration.

Fresh recipes!

I'm loving livening up my tofu scramble and kale salad, as well as trying some new recipes and combinations. One thing about Colleen's recipes is you KNOW she has them perfected before sharing. I appreciate the dependability!

Jennifer! Are you ready to have your mind (and tastebuds) blown! Add lemon zest in at the very end of the scramble when it's all done cooking. Mix well.
